HIGH-TEMPERATURE MOTOR PRIMER SPRAY

High-temperature primer spray designed for painting engines, brake calipers, and any metal, alloy, or plastic parts.

It provides excellent durability to the paint applied on top and offers high anti-corrosion properties for metals and lightweight alloys.

This product is easy to apply and must be used before applying any engine or brake caliper paint.

It is particularly recommended as a base for fluorescent colors, which only activate over a white background.

This primer can be used on all common metals and alloys, except magnesium alloys.

APPLICATION (Applicable to both spray and liquid versions)

GENERAL GUIDELINES:
It is mandatory to wear latex gloves to avoid contact between bare hands and metal.

1. Thoroughly degrease the parts with our Aeronautical Degreaser.
2. Do not use any other degreasers.
3. Shake the spray can or liquid primer bottle well, apply a light coat, and wait 10 minutes.
4. Apply a heavier coat and wait 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes at room temperature, any Kustomservice paint can be applied without sanding the primer.
6. If more than one hour passes before applying the paint, the primer must be sanded with 3M Scotch-Brite gray.
   
   

   IMPORTANT

   The quality of a good job depends entirely on the preparation and cleaning of the components. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the preparation process than to the painting itself. The smoother and cleaner the surface to be painted, the better the final result will be.
